You're 20, now what are you going to do?

Well, if its me, I'm going to disneyland!!! So me and the best friend went to Disneyland, and had a blast, we met up with my cousins, and aunt and uncle for a little bit. I love them. And talli let me be a princess. I wore my crown, and dress, and went on a tour of the castle. I loved it! It was amazing how many people were celebrating their birthdays too! Tons of people told me Happy birthday, and I told tons of people happy birthday too, so fun!

Then we went and saw some of the characters, and unfortunately we didnt get a picture, but when we went up to goofy he bowed to me, and then when we were walking away he took my hand and kissed it. soo fun, i felt like royalty.

Then we met the mouse. and took this awkward hand holding picture, haha, fun times. Then we took our fast passes and ran to the Haunted Mansion, (because its my favorite) and we saw one of our high school friends working, and he actually told us one of our favorite high school teachers, mrs h was there, so i text her and we met up with her and her family and went on Thunder Mountain! Then we headed out, after I bought my sweet princess pink santa hat!!

Had such a wonderful birthday weekend!

Summer summed up..

Well hello beauties,
I hope you all are having an amazing weekend, mine is a bit dreary with the beautiful santa barbara covered up by ominous skies, but that is ok, bc that is actually how I like it, now if only a rainstorm would hit! Anyways, I am hoping that with this last post I will be all caught up, and you will be completely filled in on my summer, that way I can fill you in on what is taking place in my life presently.

These are some fabulous people that I have known since I was in kindergarten,
L-R Alyssa (my best friend in the world), Matt, kariann, and myself
Matts older sister got married (pictured below with her husband) and so we all got together to celebrate, his mom was also our girl scout troop leader, good times!



Here is Anthony's little one, who is now 3 mos old, Kieran,
he finally came over to visit me, and as we were talking Kieran
fell asleep right on his daddy's lap, such a sweet baby,I cant believe how big he is.

Here is my best friend Ryan, and his fiance, so excited for them both, they are getting married
in November! and this was right after he got back from his first tour. He is an amazing friend, as well as marine.

Also, this summer, my little bro left for college, this is us "sleeping" on the roadtrip... of course this is a posed picture, we were definitely sprawled out across the seats, trying to get comfortable, and failing miserably... anyways, it was a fun trip.

These two girls are amazing, they were my roommates freshmen year of college and I love them dearly, Marina(the one on the left) left for Europe for the semester so this was our goodbye/birthday dinner for her. I love them both soooooo much, and I miss her tons!!! but its ok because we skype,and Im all the time, its great! I love technology.

And of course, to end on a happy note I had to put this up, because I haven't posted about my obsession with this movie in a while, and I just thought it was too cute!

Weekend getaway

Hello beautiful people,
Its finally FRIDAY!!! I'm so exicted, I'm babysitting this morning, and then I am off to the happiest place on earth; DISNEYLAND!! This week has been all about being a kid, and so now it is my turn to go to the land of fantasy, where all your dreams come true, (if only it were that simple) but at least I'll be able to escape the chaos for a little while, and hang out with some of my best friends.

Last weekend I got to see my roommate and we went to in'n'out together, and this weekend I get to see my roommate from last year, and go to disneyland with her!

Well continuing in the realm of fantasy, I just read a great book called "Austenland" by Shannon Hale, it was phenomenal, it was a cute, short read about a woman who finds herself so wrapped in the idea of a Jane Austen romance that she doesn't seem to be able to hold up in any real relationships. Well one of her great aunts visits her, and pinpoints exactly what she is doing, and then she passes away, and leaves in her will that the girl is supposed to take a trip to this place where they act like they are living in the 19th century, and they have actors, and give you a wardrobe, and it transports you to another world. Well lets just say she gets a little closer to some of the actors, and doesn't know what is reality or just part of the package. Its a very good novel, and I would definitely recommend it to all hopeless romantics out there waiting for their own mr. Darcy to come into thieir lives. I absolutely loved it, and wished a place like "Austenland" really did exist.
